Hot And Cold Pack 3-Pack (Reusable)

3 reusable Hot & Cold gel packs for £7.99, saving £3.98 versus buying singles. A single pack is £3.99, so three would cost £11.97. This 3-pack brings that down to £2.66 per pack. Stash one in the freezer, keep one in the kitchen drawer, and pop one in your gym bag.

The flexa.fit Reusable Hot & Cold Pack is the same style of gel pack used in NHS hospitals. Flex it from microwave-warm to freezer-cold for sprains, swelling, period pain, headaches, post-workout recovery and everyday tension. One pack, two therapies, dozens of uses.

When to use it cold

• Sprains, strains and sports injuries: reduces swelling and bruising in the first 24 to 48 hours
• Bumps, knocks and insect bites: soothes inflammation fast
• Migraines and tension headaches: applied to the forehead or back of the neck
• Post-workout recovery: sore quads, calves and shoulders
• Fever, sunburn and hot summer days: instant cool relief

When to use it hot

• Cold winter nights: use as a hand warmer in your kit bag

Why a 3-pack makes sense

• One in the freezer for instant cold whenever you need it
• One in the kitchen drawer for cramps, back ache and neck tension
• One in your gym bag or car for sprains and bumps on the move
• No waiting for a single pack to re-freeze or warm up, you always have a spare

How to use

For cold therapy:

1. Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours (overnight is ideal).
2. Wrap it in a thin tea towel or pillowcase, never apply gel packs directly to bare skin.
3. Apply to the area for 10 to 20 minutes at a time, with at least 1 hour between sessions.
4. Use within the first 24 to 48 hours after an acute injury to reduce swelling and pain.

For hot therapy:

1. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds at standard power (700 to 900W). Never exceed 60 seconds.
2. Knead gently to distribute the heat evenly, then wrap in a thin towel.
3. Apply for 10 to 20 minutes, ideal for period cramps, back stiffness and tense shoulders.
4. Re-warm in 10-second bursts if it cools too quickly. Never reheat a punctured pack.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the cold last when I take it out of the freezer?
Around 20 to 30 minutes of usable cold after a full 2-hour freeze. For acute injuries, 10 to 15 minutes on and 1 hour off is the standard physio protocol.

How long should I microwave the pack?
Start with 20 to 30 seconds in a standard 700 to 900W microwave. Add 10 seconds if you want it warmer, but never exceed 60 seconds. Overheating can damage the gel and the seal.

Is the gel safe and latex-free?
Yes. The gel is non-toxic and the pack is latex-free, so it suits people with latex allergies. Never puncture or cut the pack. If the seal breaks, dispose of it and use a fresh one.

Are they good for period pain?
Yes. Heat on the lower abdomen or lower back is one of the most effective non-drug options for menstrual cramps. Microwave-warm for 20 to 30 seconds, wrap in a thin towel and apply for 10 to 20 minutes.

How many times can I reuse one pack?
Hundreds of uses with normal care. Replace the pack if the seal weakens, the gel leaks or the surface cracks.

Are they safe for children?
Yes for older children under supervision, with the pack wrapped in a cloth and applied for short periods. Not recommended for under-3s without medical guidance.
