Returning an unwanted item?
No problem — we understand that sometimes something just isn't right for you. As long as an item is returned in its original condition and original packaging so that it can be resold, we're happy to accept your return. None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue a full refund via your original payment method.
How to start a return
Starting a return is quick and self-serve. Just log in to your account, open the order you'd like to return, and select the items you're sending back — you'll get return instructions straight away.
Your responsibility
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they're packed securely to avoid damage in transit. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case you need to follow up on your return.
What items are returnable?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be in their original condition and original packaging
- Items must be in a resaleable condition
Are there any charges?
- Returns are free of charge if an item is faulty or if you've received an incorrect item
- For change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours and credited to your original payment method.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items returned under this right must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return postage costs under this right are the responsibility of the customer.
