For a decade, our parent company Meglio has been making the kind of clinical-grade physio, rehab and recovery kit that quietly powers the NHS, 1,000+ UK clinics, professional sports clubs, care homes and academies. Latex-free resistance bands. Kinesiology tape. Premium yoga mats. Foam rollers, massage balls, couch roll, hot-and-cold packs — the unglamorous stuff that gets people back to feeling good.
And for ten years, the same thing kept happening. A physio would prescribe a Meglio band to their patient. The patient would go home, do their rehab, and ask: "Where do I get one of these for myself?"
So we built flexa.fit.

Meglio founded
Our parent brand starts with one mission: build the affordable, lab-tested, latex-free clinical kit that physios kept saying didn't exist. The name "Meglio" means "better" in Italian.

Word travels. Latex-free resistance bands, kinesiology tape and couch roll start landing in private physio rooms, sports clubs and the NHS supply chain.

What's the connection between flexa.fit and Meglio?
flexa.fit is the home-and-consumer brand of Meglio, a UK clinical-supply company that's been making lab-tested, latex-free physio kit since 2016. Same parent company (Meglio Ltd), same UK warehouse, same QIMA-tested products — repackaged and priced for home use rather than clinical bulk supply.
Are your products really the same as what's in the NHS / a physio clinic?
Yes. The latex-free resistance bands, kinesiology tape, foam rollers, yoga mats and recovery tools in our home range come from the same supply chain that ships to 1,000+ UK private clinics and into NHS procurement. Same factories, same lab tests, same material specs.
Why latex-free?
Latex allergies and sensitivities are common — and the rate is higher in healthcare settings. NHS clinical kit has had to be latex-free for years, so all of ours is too, by default. Safe for sensitive skin, safe for kids, safe to use after surgery.
What's the difference between the resistance-band bundles?
The Starter Bundle (£13.99) is three latex-free bands plus a pouch — the simplest place to begin. The Plus Bundle (£24.99) adds heavier resistance and mobility loops. The Complete Kit (£34.99) bundles bands, mat and recovery essentials together — best value if you're starting from scratch.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — but our primary market is UK home delivery. Free UK shipping on every order, no minimum spend. For international orders, please check the rates at checkout or email info@flexa.fit and we'll quote you directly.

How do I return something?
14-day no-quibble returns on unused items. Email info@flexa.fit with your order number and we'll send a return label. We don't make you fight for refunds — it's not a great way to run a business.
