We map your answers into a movement profile across strength, mobility, recovery and flexibility, match you to one of five flexa.fit personas and build a recommended product list around it. It takes under a minute.
Is the movement profile a medical assessment?
No. It's an indicative profile built purely from your answers, designed to point you to the right kit, not a clinical or diagnostic tool. If you're recovering from injury or have a medical condition, always follow the advice of your physio or GP first.
