How does the home fitness assessment work?
You answer five short questions about your goal, your current strength level, what you want to focus on, where you'll train and how much kit you want to start with. We map your answers into a movement profile across strength, mobility, recovery and flexibility, match you to one of five flexa.fit personas and build a recommended product list around it. It takes under a minute.
Is the movement profile a medical assessment?
No. It's an indicative profile built purely from your answers, designed to point you to the right kit, not a clinical or diagnostic tool. If you're recovering from injury or have a medical condition, always follow the advice of your physio or GP first.
Why do you ask for my email?
So we can send you a copy of your results and your 10% code to use whenever you're ready. Your movement profile and persona are shown free either way. Single-tap unsubscribe in every email, and we never share your details.
