How to foam roll

1. Roll slowly over a muscle group, around 2 to 3cm per second.
2. Pause on tender spots for 20 to 30 seconds and breathe until the tension eases.
3. Spend 30 to 60 seconds per muscle group, avoiding rolling directly over joints or bone.
