Squeeze it, pinch it, stretch it and roll it to work individual fingers, the thumb or the whole hand. Choose a single colour for your current level, or the pack of 5 to progress through every resistance.

I was given a piece of putty by my physio as I was struggling with my fingers going into claw fingers and swelling up and making life difficult due to my rheumatoid arthritis. This helped so much I purchased this product.

First time I have had

First time I have had to use a product like this , but following a long standing carpal tunnel problem and after surgery, I was advised to use the putty to strengthen my thumb grip . My hand strength is improving slowly.

Great for self regulation

My 12 year old autistic son uses the blue putty to help him regulate himself when he stats feeling stressed. He keeps a small tub in his blazer pocket for use in school. He has learnt to keep it away from pva glue - his first pot turned slimey when he accidentally mixed it with some during an art lesson :laughing:
The putty makes a big difference for him, and enables him to stay in class longer.
