EAB Tape (Adhesive Bandage)

When you want support that still lets a joint move, reach for EAB. flexa.fit Elastic Adhesive Bandage gives a strong, flexible hold for ankles, wrists, knees and thumbs, keeping your form on the pitch, court or track whenever you need extra support.

The stretchy, high-tack backing follows the contours of a joint and stays secure through sweat and movement, then tears cleanly by hand so you can strap up fast without scissors. Pick from three widths (2.5cm, 5cm and 7.5cm) for fingers through to ankles and knees.

Why reach for EAB tape

• Elasticated support that flexes with the joint rather than locking it
• Strong adhesive that holds through training and contact
• Tears by hand for quick, tidy application
• Works for ankles, wrists, knees, thumbs and compression strapping
• Three widths to match the body part you are strapping

How to apply EAB tape

1. Make sure the skin is clean and dry for the best bond.
2. For sensitive skin, lay down foam underwrap first to protect skin and hair.
3. Anchor above and below the joint, then wrap with firm, even tension, overlapping each turn.
4. Smooth the end down so nothing catches during movement.
