How to apply EAB tape

1. Make sure the skin is clean and dry for the best bond.
2. For sensitive skin, lay down foam underwrap first to protect skin and hair.
3. Anchor above and below the joint, then wrap with firm, even tension, overlapping each turn.
4. Smooth the end down so nothing catches during movement.
