How to apply stretch and tear bandage

1. Start on clean, dry skin, using foam underwrap first if your skin is sensitive.
2. Anchor above and below the joint you are supporting.
3. Wrap with firm, even tension, overlapping each turn by about half its width.
4. Tear to length by hand and smooth the end down so it holds.
