Why two brands?
Meglio Ltd has supplied UK clinics, the NHS, sports clubs and care homes for over a decade. The Meglio storefront is built around bulk B2B orders — large rolls, dispenser racks, ex-VAT pricing, 30-day invoicing, tender-ready documentation. That works brilliantly for a physio re-stocking a clinic or a council ordering 40,000 bands for a falls-prevention programme.
It's overkill for someone buying a couple of resistance bands for the home gym, or a yoga mat as a gift. So in 2024 we launched Flexa.fit — a sister brand on the same UK warehouse, with the same products and the same independent lab testing, but optimised end-to-end for home use: free delivery on everything, friendlier copy, smaller bundle deals, a 10% welcome discount, and a refer-a-friend programme.

Are Flexa.fit and Meglio actually the same company?
Yes — both are run by Meglio Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Same UK warehouse, same team, same independent lab testing. Flexa.fit is the storefront we built specifically for home buyers; Meglio is the storefront for clinics, NHS trusts, councils and sports clubs ordering at bulk.
Are the products really the same?
The core range overlaps almost completely. Flexa.fit resistance bands and Meglio resistance bands are the same compound — independently QIMA-tested for durability over 1,000+ stretch cycles, latex-free, hypoallergenic. Same kinesiology tape, same foam rollers, same lacrosse balls. Some clinic-specific formats (46m bulk dispenser rolls, paediatric tourniquets) are Meglio-only; some bundles built for home use are Flexa.fit-only.
How is delivery actually free? What's the catch?
No catch. Free standard UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend, Royal Mail 48hr tracked. We can do this because Flexa.fit's basket sizes and operating model are different to Meglio's bulk B2B model — the maths just works for home orders. There's an optional Royal Mail 24hr tracked upgrade at £1.99 if you need it faster.
What about returns?
30 days, no fuss. If a product isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Hygiene products like opened tape rolls are excluded for obvious reasons — full policy in our shipping & returns page.)
I'm a physio buying personally — do I get any cross-brand discount?
If you buy professionally through Meglio with a trade account, that doesn't carry over to Flexa.fit (separate stores, separate accounts). But the 10% welcome discount on your first Flexa.fit order is automatic when you sign up to the email list, and the refer-a-friend programme stacks on subsequent orders.
