The main gripper adjusts from 5kg to 60kg with a twist of the dial, so the same tool takes you from gentle rehab squeezes to a serious forearm workout. How to use the set
- Set the gripper dial low to start, then hold it in your palm with fingers wrapped around the handles
- Squeeze fully closed, pause for a second, then release slowly
- Aim for 8 to 12 controlled reps per hand, 2 to 3 sets
- Balance the squeezing with the finger stretcher band, and use the ball, ring and finger exerciser through the day
- Progress by turning the dial up, adding reps, or slowing the release
