45cm or 90cm: which size?
- 45cm is compact and easy to store or pack, ideal for targeted rolling of calves, quads and arms
- 90cm gives more surface area for full-body rolling and lying supported along your spine for chest and shoulder openers
How to foam roll
- Roll slowly over a muscle group, around 2 to 3cm per second.
- Pause on tender spots for 20 to 30 seconds and breathe until the tension eases.
- Spend 30 to 60 seconds per muscle group, avoiding rolling directly over joints or bone.

- grid foam roller if you prefer a textured, massage-style surface
- massage oil to finish off tight areas by hand
- kinesiology tape for ongoing support between sessions
