How to use a hand gripper
- Hold the gripper in your palm with fingers wrapped around the handles
- Squeeze fully closed, pause for a second, then release slowly
- Aim for 8 to 12 controlled reps per hand, 2 to 3 sets
- Work both hands evenly, even if one side is stronger
- Progress by adding reps, slowing the release, or holding the squeeze longer
