It tears cleanly by hand, moulds comfortably around fingers, wrists, ankles and knees, and gives light, even compression that stays put all day. Choose from three widths (2.5cm, 5cm and 7.5cm) to match the body part you are wrapping.

How to apply cohesive bandage

1. Start with a light anchor wrap, keeping the tension gentle and even.
2. Overlap each turn by roughly half the width of the previous one.
3. Wrap firmly enough to support, but never so tight that it pinches or numbs.
4. Press the end onto the layer below and it will hold itself in place.
