How to use a wobble cushion

1. Inflate until the top has a slight give, not rock hard
2. For active sitting, place it on your chair and sit tall
3. For balance work, stand on it with soft knees near a wall for support
4. Progress to single-leg holds, squats or Pilates moves as you improve
