The flexa.fit Workout Plus Bundle builds on our Resistance Starter setup by adding key comfort and support tools, so you can train more consistently and with greater confidence. Alongside latex-free resistance bands and loops and guided workouts, it includes an extra-thick yoga mat and Pilates ball for controlled movement, stability and core work. Designed to progress with you from light to heavy resistance, it is ideal if you want a more complete setup for longer sessions and floor-based exercises.

To inflate the ball, remove the plug, insert the tube or straw into the valve and blow air in. For best results inflate to roughly 90% capacity. The ball needs a slight give for stability and safety, as overinflation makes it unstable and risks bursting.
